Terms & Conditions Important Booking Information

Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase. By booking through our service, you agree to these conditions.

Booking & Ticket Policies
Final SaleAll sales are final. No compensation for late arrivals or no-shows. Tours may be modified or canceled due to weather or safety conditions.
Reservation ValidityTickets are valid only for the selected tour, date, and time. Non-transferable and issued in the buyer’s name.
Refunds & CancellationsRefund and cancellation policies are determined by Alcatraz City Cruises and subject to change. Your current policy details are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Contact our support team for cancellation requests—we’ll process per the operator’s current terms.
Arrival RequirementPlease arrive at least 60 minutes prior to departure for boarding and security screening.
ID & Security Requirements
Photo ID RequiredAll adults (18+) must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Card VerificationYou may be asked to present the credit card used for purchase.
Fraud PreventionOrders suspected of fraud may be canceled at our discretion. Refunds may exclude service fees.
Ordering & Payment

Third-Party Booking Service: We provide concierge-style booking services for Alcatraz tickets. We are not the tour operator. Your purchase authorizes us to secure tickets on your behalf under Alcatraz City Cruises’ current booking terms, which are available at alcatrazcruises.com and will be confirmed in your confirmation email. Service Fee: A $7.95 non-refundable service fee is applied per ticket. Payment Processing: Your total at checkout includes all fees. Charges may appear separately for the tour operator and our service fee. Declined Payments: We may attempt to process declined payments again as a courtesy. Repeated failures may result in cancellation.

Ticket Changes & Modifications

Change Requests: Requests to change dates, times, or passenger names are subject to Alcatraz City Cruises’ current change policy. Availability, fees, and deadlines may vary. We will submit valid change requests to the operator; approval is not guaranteed. Support: Contact our support team for assistance with modifications. We’ll coordinate with the operator based on their current terms.

Ticket Delivery & Admission
Digital EntryShow your QR code on your phone for fast entry (recommended).
Box Office PickupTickets can be picked up with ID and credit card if needed.
Confirmation TimingOrders are typically confirmed within 24 hours. Final confirmation email guarantees your booking and includes current operator policies.
Lost TicketsWe cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Maximum OrdersLimited to 14 tickets per customer.
Additional Terms

Alcatraz City Cruises is the exclusive operator of Alcatraz Island tours. When booking through our service, you authorize MTVRS LLC to purchase tickets on your behalf. You may purchase tickets directly from the official operator without using our service. We are not responsible for ferry operations, which are managed by Alcatraz City Cruises. All operator rules and policies apply. Operator policies are subject to change at their discretion.

Legal Protections
Assumption of Risk

By purchasing tickets, you assume all risks associated with travel, weather, delays, and other unforeseen conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the lesser of your service fee or $100. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or uninterrupted access.

Indemnification

You agree to hold MTVRS LLC harmless from claims arising from misuse or violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes must be filed in Travis County, Texas.

Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
